To keep the monthly cost low and transparent:

• Tirzepatide is purchased as needed (most members purchase a vial every 4-5 months).
• NAD+ is purchased as needed based on dosing frequency.
• Medication is billed separately at the time of refill.

Active membership is required for ongoing tirzepatide and NAD+ prescribing, dose adjustments, and clinical support.

To ensure safe and effective treatment:

• Follow-up visits are recommended every 3 months and required at least every 6months.
• Visits may be completed in person or by telehealth
• Additional check-ins may be scheduled if needed)
