HRT

Hormone replacement therapy is a medical treatment aiming to restore hormone balance. HRT is effective in managing symptoms of menopause and other hormone imbalances. At Ageless Med Spa, we use both HRT cream and pellets to safely and effectively to relieve symptoms of aging and help you perform and feel “ageless”.

A comprehensive consult will be completed with a Nurse Practitioner who has 3+  years of experience in HRT as well as previous experience with treating hormone imbalance in primary care. A brief overview is listed below.

Women

• Those having menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, fatigue, irritability, anxiety, etc.
• Contraindications for women include history of heart attack, stroke, breast/ovarian cancers, blood clots.

Men

• Those having symptoms of low testosterone such as fatigue, loss of muscle mass, decreased libido, etc.
• Contraindications for men include history of prostate cancer, heart attack, stroke.

There are risks for both women and men however, individual treatment and monitoring decreases these risks. Be sure to discuss any and all concerns with your provider during your treatment process.

Women

Men

Results are noticed within 1-2 weeks after pellet insertion. HRT with the use of cream typically does longer for noticeable results. However, women do have significant relief in vaginal dryness and increased libido within 1-2 weeks.

The initial consult Is $150. Required labs can be covered through insurance when ordered through your PCP or GYN. Ageless does not bill insurance for office visits or labs. The cost of the procedure is not covered through insurance.

HRT pellet procedures is it based on dose.

The standard starting procedure cost is $230.

HRT cream options cost is based on the cost of medication. These creams are typically not covered through insurance. Ageless uses a compounding pharmacy who will ship the medication to your doorstep.

Standard monthly cost is $85.
