• Avoid chemical peels, waxing, laser treatments, and filler injections 2 weeks prior 
• Discontinue blood thinning medications and supplements 1 week prior. Please seek advice for prescription blood thinning medications.
• Avoid retinol and/or acne products for 3 days prior to treatment.
• Avoid topical products before your appointment and arrive with a clean treatment area.
• You may shave 1 day prior to treatment.

Expect redness, mild swelling, and sensitivity for 24-48 hours post treatment. You may reapply makeup within 2 days of treatment. Use a gentle cleaner for at least 1 week and avoid all retinol products and acne treatment for 1 week. New collagen takes approximately 4-6 weeks to produce on the skin surface. Results will continue to improve over 3 months time. Aftercare glide gel is given at the appointment for post-care treatment.
