Megan Springman, MSN, FPA, FNP-C
Megan Springman is the Founder and CEO of Ageless Med Spa, bringing together science, artistry, and advanced clinical expertise to deliver high-quality aesthetic and wellness care. With over 14 years of nursing experience and 9 years as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Megan is a highly skilled and trusted medical professional.
Megan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner, and she is a Certified Advanced Practice Family Nurse Practitioner with Full Practice Authority. Her strong academic foundation, combined with extensive real-world clinical experience, allows her to approach patient care with both precision and safety.
She has 5+ years of experience in aesthetic medicine and founded Ageless Med Spa in 2022 with the vision of providing personalized, non-surgical treatments that enhance natural beauty while prioritizing patient wellness and confidence. Megan is known for her aesthetically artistic eye, carefully assessing each client’s unique features to deliver refined, natural-looking results.
Prior to entering aesthetic medicine, Megan worked across Emergency Medicine, Primary Care, and Urgent Care, giving her the clinical depth and decision-making skills necessary to safely prescribe, diagnose, and treat patients across a wide spectrum of needs.
Ageless Med Spa offers advanced aesthetic and cosmetic treatments to clients in Godfrey, Illinois and the surrounding areas, with a growing practice that includes cosmetic injectables, aesthetic services, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), weight-management, and wellness programs.
Megan is deeply proud to serve the Godfrey and Alton community and is honored to be part of its continued growth. Her commitment to excellence, safety, and individualized care is the foundation of everything Ageless Med Spa represents.
Jessica Tanney, BSN, RN
Weight Loss & Wellness RN | Peptide Therapy Support | Social Media Manager
Jessica Tanney, BSN, RN, brings eight years of ambulatory nursing experience and a passion for patient-centered wellness to Ageless Med Spa. In her role as a Weight Loss & Wellness RN, Jessica provides clinical support for our medical weight loss program, including semaglutide/tirzepatide management, lifestyle guidance, and ongoing client accountability. She also assists with our peptide therapy membership, helping clients understand their treatment options and supporting them throughout their wellness journey.
In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Jessica manages the social media for Ageless Med Spa. She is dedicated to creating an educational, welcoming digital presence that reflects the warm, high-quality care delivered in the spa.
Jessica is passionate about empowering clients, enhancing their experience, and helping them feel confident, supported, and informed every step of the way.
Mikayla Martin
Reception & Operations Assistant
Mikayla Martin is the friendly face and organizational backbone of Ageless Med Spa. As our Reception & Operations Assistant, she helps ensure each client’s visit runs smoothly from start to finish. Mikayla manages scheduling, client communication, and daily operational workflows, creating a seamless experience both at the front desk and behind the scenes.
With a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail, Mikayla supports the clinical team by coordinating appointments, preparing treatment schedules, and assisting with operational processes that keep the spa running efficiently. Her warm, welcoming presence helps clients feel comfortable, cared for, and valued the moment they walk in the door.
